Shopper Discounts and Rewards recently launched Get Satisfaction customer service channel declared a success.



Sevenoaks, Kent, UK, 12/07/11 Following feedback, Shopper Discounts and Rewards, the UK based online discounts, savings and protection programme, launched a Get Satisfaction customer service channel in early 2011.



Monitored 7 days a week, the main goal of the support community is to improve customer interaction and to act as customer service portal. With question topics including programme partners, how to access deals, contact details and the programmes refund policy, many enquiries have been resolved to date.



Community Manager Gareth Davies commented, We re delighted with the response to the community so far. In recognising that customers would like the opportunity to directly interact with the Shopper Discounts and Rewards team, we have found the Get Satisfaction platform to be the perfect solution.
