Chalok Baan Kao is one of the most popular beaches on Koh Tao. The natural location of the beach causes it to be sheltered from the wind. It is ideal for families because of the warm and shallow water. No motor boat will wander the water around the island. Amenities such as restaurants, hotel and resorts can be found nearby Chalok Baan Kao Beach. The Rockey Bay, which located within the proximity, offers a good snorkeling spot.



Koh Nang Yuan Island is an offshore island of Koh Tao. It is a combination of 3 islands. Each of the islands is connected with the beach. When the ocean tide is low, you can travel on foot to the island. The water at Koh Nang Yuan Island is quite shallow so children can have fun here without being exposed to risks. Koh Nang Yuan Resort provides accommodation for tourists who are visiting the Koh Nang Yuan Island.



Mango Bay is well-known for the mango trees. You will find many mango trees growing on the slopes of the hills surrounding the beach. It has a crescent shape beach with small coral. You must travel 20 meters off the beach if you want to go snorkeling. Mango Bay is not inhabited so it is a remote place. You can take speed boat to Mango Bay. This beach is a must visit if you happen to be in Koh Tao. Mango Bay has a bungalow resort where tourists can stay overnight.



Aow Lek is a snorkeling spot for tourists. Around the Aow Lek island, you will find many steep hills. You can access the island by boat. If you are at Rocky Bay, you can follow a short passage to Aow Lek.
